For over two decades, I dipped in and out of yoga practice, using it as my go to ‘mind and body first aid kit.’ To calm my busy mind, to feel (and look) fit, healthy and strong, to centre me through times of loss, stress and anxiety, to have fun and connection and so much more...the list is endless. And as my practice became more regular, I loved how I felt on and off the mat. 

In  2023, I completed my 200hr yoga teacher training with London based House of Yoga, and am now at the beginning of my own yoga teaching story.

Yoga makes me better at being me. Mentally, physically and emotionally, yoga works. 

So, whatever may bring you to yoga, I am excited to create a space for you to find your flow, on and off the mat.
